St. John to hold annual bazaar

St. John Lutheran Church, 1104 E. Third St. in Merrill, will hold its annual bazaar from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026, in the school gym.
The Ladies Aid will offer its usual lineup: handcrafted items, scarves, mittens, plants, homemade baked goods, jellies, jams, and garden produce. The Mothers Club will have something for all ages, including potted plants, pumpkins and gourds, crafts, cards, napkins, and plenty of sweet treats and baked goods.
Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., or until food runs out, in the church basement. The menu includes chili, chicken soup, hot beef and chicken salad sandwiches, and fresh-baked pie. Carryout orders are available.
