Sheriff’s Office congratulates three jail officer academy graduates

Last week, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office congratulated three members of its Jail Division who recently completed their respective jail officer academies.
The Sheriff’s Office said the graduates’ “hard work, dedication, and commitment to professional development reflect the high standards we strive for every day.”
Corrections Officer Taylor Kolpack graduated from Northcentral Technical College’s Jail Academy.
“Taylor was also selected by her classmates as the class speaker, an honor that reflects the leadership and respect she earned throughout the academy,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a press release announcing the event.
Corrections Officers Tanner Walter and Carter Bayer graduated from Nicolet Technical College’s Jail Academy.

“CO Walter and CO Bayer were both selected by their peers to receive the Partner Award, recognizing teamwork, cooperation, and support of fellow recruits during the academy,” the Sheriff’s Office said.
Bayer was also chosen as the class speaker for his academy class.
“Please join us in congratulating CO Kolpack, CO Walter, and CO Bayer on these outstanding accomplishments and wishing them continued success in their careers serving our community,” the Sheriff’s Office said.
