On Remembering Labor Day

Posted

Dear Reader,

The first Monday of September has long been recognized as Labor Day - a day truly worth celebrating as it honors the achievements and contributions of countless Americans who have worked tirelessly to build our nation into what it is today.

This day of recognizing America’s laborers, past and present, while looking hopefully toward the future, is both necessary and meaningful. It validates the collective efforts that have built our strong legacy as a respected nation in the world.

Labor Day reminds us all that the prosperity and progress we enjoy didn’t appear by chance, but through the persistent dedication of generations of workers who showed up, put in the hours, and built something greater than themselves.
