MASH Blood Drive

Despite being held during this year’s Lincoln County Fair, the annual MASH Blood Drive held at the Northwoods Veterans Post on Johnson Street brought many blood donors down to make a life-saving donation.
Four young men from the area also came out to set up their annual and growing display to help set the scene and create their own rendition of the M*A*S*H 4077 on the grounds. Rick Smith and Kurtis Schulz of Merrill have been helping to coordinate this display for many years, growing their collection of military items and memorabilia, and pulling in friends and relatives to join them in the mini re-enactment, and they have become an integral part of the event and maintaining the event’s theme.
