Posted

A mini-fair offering dementia resources will be held Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 9-11 a.m. at First Street Coffee Station in Merrill. The event, sponsored by Park City Credit Union, will provide coffee, conversation, and community support for those seeking information about dementia care.
Several local organizations will be present to share information about their services. The Aging Disability & Resource Center (ADRC) will provide details about their programs, guidance, and care planning support options.
Kindhearted Home Care representatives will discuss their personalized in-home care services that support independence and dignity.
St. Croix Hospice will share information about their compassionate end-of-life care and education programs, explaining how they can serve as an added layer of support for families.
Local author Debbie Merkel will also attend the event with copies of her book, “The Colors Within.” The publication serves as a resource for caregivers and professionals working with individuals with dementia. Copies will be available for purchase at the event.
