Flea Market and Everything Goes Sale

Posted

Anything goes? Everything goes!
The annual Everything Goes Sales Event at the Merrill Area Recreation Complex (MARC) in Merrill drew a wide variety of vendors and exhibitors. On Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, the combination flea market/craft show and vendor sale gave visitors a large variety of booths to browse. On-site embroidery machines and 3D printers provided shoppers with the chance to have something custom made on-site and for others to see how some of the craft offerings get created. Vendors offered a wide variety of wares—from toys and stuffed animals to candles and t-shirts, vintage clothing and estate items to autumn and year-round home decor, antiques and vintage pieces to real fur caps and mitts, furniture to permanent jewelry applications, and even the chance to talk to someone about getting your gutters replaced.
Another perk? Clint Danke from the Rusty Anvil Blacksmith Shop in New London was outside demonstrating how he uses his great-grandfather’s anvil and a forge to create decorative hooks and other decor. Some of his works were also available for sale.
Several food trucks were also at this event to provide shoppers with options for fast, tasty treats. Raffle baskets were raising money for a good cause. And face painting made the event fun for the kids.
The beautiful weather also contributed to making this event, with many vendors located outdoors as well as filling the ice arena area and side room, a seasonal success.
