Baumann named to Spring 2025 Dean’s List at Wisconsin Lutheran College

Arabella Baumann of Merrill, a Sophomore at Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC), has been named to the college’s Dean’s List for the spring 2025 semester. Arabella is a graduate of Northland Lutheran High School. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, a student must carry a semester grade point average (GPA) of 3.6 or higher.

Evans makes the President’s List at Western Technical College

Clayton Evans of Merrill was named to Western Technical College’s President’s List of High Distinction for the Spring 2025 term. To be included on the President’s List, students must achieve a GPA of 3.5 or higher and carry six or more credits in an associate’s degree or technical diploma program.

Local students named to University of Minnesota Twin Cities Dean’s List

The following area students were named to the 2024 fall semester Dean’s List at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities:
• Emma Ford, Athens, a Junior at Carlson School of Management
• Caleb Norton, Merrill, a Sophomore at College of Design
To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded credits while attaining a 3.66 GPA.

UW-Whitewater announces Dean’s List

More than 3,500 students at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater earned a spot on the Dean’s List for the spring 2025 semester, including the following Merrill students:
• Jordan Brzoznowski
• McKenna Meyer
• Caitlynn Pehlke

• Lucas Reist
• Gavin Wroblewski
These students have demonstrated their academic abilities by receiving a grade point average of 3.4 or above in a single semester.

Local students named to Dean’s List at UW-Superior

The following area stuends were named to the University of Wisconsin-Superior Dean’s List for academic achievement during the Spring 2025 semester:

• Rachel Welch, Gleason
• Ally Hoock, Merrill
To be named to the Dean’s List, students must have completed 12 degree-seeking semester credits and achieved at least a 3.50 GPA (on a 4.0 scale). Founded in 1893 as a teacher’s college, UW-Superior offers more than 50 program offerings, select graduate and online programs, Division III athletics, and community-focused research and continuing education.
