Merrill High School’s 2018 Homecoming festivities were topped off with a 21-7 Bluejays victory over the Rhinelander Hodags Saturday afternoon. Leading up to the big game, the football players, cheerleaders and marching bands visited several other schools in Merrill to share their Bluejay spirit with the younger students. A parade through town ended at the high school Saturday morning. Pre-game activities included the introduction of the Homecoming court and the Silver M and Golden M members. At halftime, the Homecoming crowd was treated to performances by the high school dance team and the Marching Jays.
