For the second year Merrill will be hosting a regional Wisconsin Knights of Columbus Punt, Pass and Kick competition.
The regional event sponsored by the Merrill Silver M, Merrill High School and the Wisconsin Knights of Columbus will be held Friday, Sept. 14 at Merrill High School, from 4-6 p.m. All boys and girls from the ages 8-12 are welcome to come and participate in this free event. Age groups will be based on ages as of Aug. 31.
Registration for the event will be Sept. 14 before the competition from 3:30-4 p.m. A signed parent waiver along with a birth certificate will be required.
The winner from each age group will receive a plaque and be eligible to participate in the sectional round in October. For more information contact Mark Weix at 715-539-8349.
