All fares for riding the Merrill-Go-Round will be required to be paid at the time of service or prepaid, effective Sept. 1. According to Merrill Transit Administrator Brad Brummond, this change is the result of upgrades to Merrill Transit’s new dispatch software program.
The upgrade will allow you to prepay a balance and will deduct as you ride the bus or pay at the time of service. Tokens will still be available for purchase for those wishing to continue to use that payment method.
