This year MHS will be presenting the musical “Beauty and the Beast.”
The hours and commitment of all those involved in this performance will most definitely make it an unforgettable show. Come and enjoy a performance for all ages. Watch as a cast of 39 students, orchestra students plus a group of behind the scenes students/adults, present to you this timeless Disney classic. The story, costumes, sets, songs and dances that we all know and love will take you on a magical journey back to Belle’s hometown.
The first performance is set for Thursday evening, April 5, at 7 p.m. Ensuing performances at the same time will follow Friday, April 6, and Saturday, April 7. A 1 p.m. matinee performance is set for Sunday, April 8. The 1 p.m. matinee will be the only performance on Sunday (there was a misprint on the tickets).
Tickets are on sale now for $10 (adults) and $8 (children and seniors) at Lee’s Piggly Wiggly, Dave’s County Market, the MHS Cashier’s Office and at the entrance to the musical at the MHS auditorium.
This year’s musical is directed by Kelly Wheat and Assistant Director Nancy Andorfer.
