On Dec. 11, during the Tree of Hope toy giveaway, the Nite Rider Motorcycle Club presented a special gift to Kyle Webie.
The Nite Riders received a Kindle Fire from Best Buy as a donation during the club’s annual toy drive to help the Tree of Hope program. The club wanted the gift to be presented as a stand alone present during the Tree of Hope giveaway.
Kyle was chosen by the fire department as the recipient because he has spent the last three months assisting the firefighters with daily station maintenance projects through the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation under the Promise Grant. The Opportunity Development Center, Inc. located in Marshfield works with area high school students and local workplaces as an opportunity to prepare those students to find and maintain a community based job after graduation.
