Wednesday afternoon, Arby’s of Merrill presented a donation in the amount of $153.90 to Church Mutual Insurance Company’s Relay for Life team.
The donation will then be passed on to the American Cancer Society to assist in cancer research and treatment development.
As restaurant general manager Rebecca Born explained, the donation came on the heels of an ‘Arbys Day’ held last month.
“Church Mutual set it up by sending out flyers and inviting their employees to come over and eat. We then donated 10% of our sales from that day to their Relay for Life team.”
