Local man faces felony battery charge following jail fght

Matthew Allen White, 31 of Wausau-was charged June 16 with Felony-Substantial Battery-Intending to cause Bodily Harm and Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct.
According to court records, White was reportedly involved in a physical altercation in the Lincoln County Jail on April 14 during which he reportedly struck the victim, resulting in broken bones to the victim’s face.  Jail staff successfully intervened and ended the altercation without further incident

Tammy M. Johnson, 21 of Exeland, Wis– was charged June 17 with Felony-Burglary to a Dwelling and Misdemeanor-Theft of Moveable Property valued less than $2,500.
According to court records, Johnson was involved in an incident on April 27 during which she and another party reportedky broke into a cabin which was in the process of being remodeled in the Town of Bradley. Johnson and her accomplice reportedy removed several items from the cabin without the owner’s permission including an assortment of copper piping, an aluminum tool box containing various tools; a ‘saw zaw’, Mikita Drill and various extension cords.

Lyle A. Vogel, 23 of Exeland, Wis-was charged June 16 with 2-counts of Felony-Burglary to a Dwelling, a Misdemeanor charge of Theft of Moveable Property value less than $2500 and a Misdemeanor count of Criminal Damage to Property.
According to court records,  Vogel  was involved in an incident on April 27 during which he and another party reportedly broke into a cabin which was in the process of being remodeled in the Town of Bradley. Vogel reportedly made entry by breaking open a patio door, then he and his accomplice reportedly removed several items from the cabin without the owner’s permission including an assortment of copper piping, an aluminum tool box containing various tools; a ‘saw zaw’, Mikita Drill and various extension cords.
