Altercation leads to multiple charges for Tomahawk man

Marshall J. Hulce, 30, of Tomahawk- was charged May 10 with Felony-2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and misdemeanor charges of Battery and Disorderly Conduct.
According to court records, Hulce was involved in an incident in rural Tomahawk on May 9 in which he reportedly took the victim’s cell phone and refused to return it. Hulce reportedly shoved and pinned the victim down then reportedly attempted to run the victim over with his vehicle.
William J. Owens, 37 of Merrill-was charged May 13 with Felony Strangulation and Suffocation and misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct. According to court records, Owens was involved in an incident in rural Lincoln County in the early morning hours of Friday, May 13 in which he was reportedly intoxicated and choked the victim in the case as well as holding the victim to the ground.
Adam J. Lampkin, 17 of Weston- was charged May 9 with Felony-Falsely Presenting Non-Controlled Substance. According to court records, Lampkin was involved in an incident on Jan. 28, 2016 in which he reportedly met with and sold what he identified as Methamphetamine to another party. However the substance later tested negative for Methamphetamine,
Charles C. Jones, 34 of Merrill- was charged May 9 with Felony-Misappropriate ID Information to Avoid Penalty as well as misdemeanor charges of Possession of THC; Resisting an Officer and Battery. According to court records, Jones was involved in an incident on May 6 in the city of Merrill in which he reportedly bit and wrestled down the victim, then broke away from and attempted to flee Merrill officers on foot before being neutralized by an Electronic Control Device (TASER).
