Sandra Lee Bahlow, 74, of Beloit, WI, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2015.
She was born August 9, 1941 in Crawford County, WI, the daughter of Phillip and Doris (Rayner) Montgomery. Sandra married Henry Bahlow on April 10, 1972 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Beloit, WI. He predeceased her on December 23, 2009.
Sandra was formerly employed by Caravilla for 17 years. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Merrill, WI. Sandra traveled to many states after her husband’s death, and collected several autographs in Branson, MO. She volunteered at the VFW #2306 Corn Boil for many years, and was a lifetime classic country music fan and the #1 fan of Daniel O’Donnell and Maggie May.
Survivors include her brother, Dale Montgomery of Au Sable, MI; nephews, aunts, uncles, and many cousins; special friend, Julie Doran; her three traveling companions, Rosella Coleman, Margaret Socha, and Virginia Doran; and her beloved dog, Peppy.
She was predeceased by her parents, and brother, Dusty Montgomery.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 5, 2015 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd. Beloit, WI with Pastor Wayne Rayner officiating. Burial will be in Floral Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her name to a charity of choice.
