Kim M. Schwartzman, 59, of Merrill died at his home Sunday, September 20, 2015.
Kim was born November 17, 1955, in Merrill, son of Thomas and Laurice (Severt) Schwartzman. He married Barbara Ann Steinbeck on May 16, 1987. She survives. Kim and siblings were the co-owners/co-operators of 3’s Company and the former Champs restaurants in Merrill. Kim loved golfing, shooting pool, hunting, cooking and baking, working in the yard, and being with his buddy Austin the dog. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews, and was the sponsor to his nephews, Mitchel Schwartzman and Donny Steinbeck.
Survivors include his wife, Barb Schwartzman of Merrill; his parents, Thomas and Laurice Schwartzman of Merrill; his sister, Laurel (Kelly) Streich of Merrill; his brother, Bruce (Michelle) Schwartzman of Merrill; his brother-in-law, Don (Kathy) Steinbeck of Gleason; his nieces and nephews, Ryan (Stephanie) Schwartzman, Erin (Chris) Swan, Michelle Schwartzman, Peter Steinbeck, Coly (Kevin) Lane, Carrie (Richie) Robbins, and Donny Steinbeck; and many great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Kim was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Norbert and Delores Steinbeck; and his brother-in-law, Budde Steinbeck.
The memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Monday, September 28, 2015 at the Taylor-Stine Funeral Home, Merrill. The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00 P.M Monday at the funeral home.
