Stephanie A. Landwehr, 25, Merrill, party to the crime of retail theft, sentenced to 12 months probation, restitution.
Robert P. Schaefer, 46, Tomahawk, party to the crime of disorderly conduct, sentenced to $100 fine.

Charges filed
Krista M. Buckpitz, 22, Rhinelander, charged with possession of narcotic drugs (party to the crime). According to court records, Buckpitz was in a vehicle stopped for speeding on Hwy. 51 July 27 and an officer found a pill in the car.
Brad Sivertson, 26, Rhinelander, charged with possession of narcotic drugs (party to the crime) & felony bail jumping. According to court records, Sivertson was in a vehicle stopped for speeding on Hwy. 51 July 27 and an officer found a pill in the car.
Robert J, Minder III, 24, Tomahawk, charged with disorderly conduct, party to the crime of substantial battery & obstructing an officer. According to court records, Minder was involved in an altercation with another man at a city of Tomahawk residence on July 14.
Jesse Gilbert DBA Gilbert’s Heating & Cooling, charged with misdemeanor theft & fraudulent writings. According to court records, Gilbert was contracted to install a furnace in a Gleason cottage in 2014, took a $2,009 downpayment from the homeowner and never completed the work.
David J, Brandenburg, 24, Merrill, charged with attempting to flee a traffic officer (repeater). According to court records, officers attempted to stop Brandenburg in the city of Merrill Aug. 20. He reportedly drove 90-100 mph on Mill Street before pulling into a Champagne Drive residence, where he was arrested.
Alexander P. Dettmering, 20, Tripoli, charged with possession of marijuana (2nd) & possession of drug paraphernalia. According to court records, an officer found him in Bradley Park in Tomahawk Aug. 22 with marijuana in the vehicle.
Randall M. Hoffman, 55, Merrill, charged with criminal damage to property, aggravated battery, misdemeanor bail jumping & obstructing an officer. According to court records, officers responded to a domestic altercation at a city of Merrill residence on Aug. 17. Hoffman barricaded himself in the garage with a dog and refused to come out. When officers entered the garage, the dog bit one of the officers in the foot. Hoffman continued resisting officers and was pepper sprayed.
