Andrew J. Spransy, 33, Merrill, intimidate victim/dissuade reporting, sentenced to 12 months probation.
Devin R. Schoonover, 34, Beloit, possession of firearm by felon, sentenced to 1 year probation, 5 days jail, rifle forfeited.
Michael J. Moser, 30, Prentice, felony bail jumping, sentenced to 24 months probation, no contact w/victim, no alcohol/taverns.
Dale W. Stine, 50, Merrill, disorderly conduct, sentenced to $100 fine.
Hahetum Fish, 38, Merrill, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 9 months probation.

Charges filed
Randell M. Hoffman, 55, Merrill, charged with criminal damage to property, aggravated battery, misdemeanor bail jumping, obstructing an officer. According to court records, the charges stem from an Aug. 17 incident at a city of Merrill residence that started with an altercation between Hoffman and a female. When police were called, they found he had locked himself in a garage with a dog. While taking Hoffman into custody, an officer was bitten by the dog and pepper spray was used on Hoffman.
Geronimo Morales, 37, Merrill, charged with possession w/intent to deliver cocaine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of narcotic drugs, possess illegally obtained prescription, possess drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver psilocin or psilocybin and child neglect. According to court records, officers executed a search warrant on the E. 6ht St. home of Morales and Simona Zarate, 48. The search turned up 6.8 grams of cocaine, 23.5 grams of psilocin, .9 grams of marijuana and assorted prescription medications and drug paraphernalia, A child living at the residence was placed with a family friend by Social Services. Zarate has been charged with being party to the crimes of possessing cocaine with intent to deliver, maintaining a drug trafficking place and child neglect.
Thomas P. Thayer, 52, Merrill, charged with felony bail jumping. According to court records, Thayer was found to be drinking in violation of the terms of an open felony bond.
Pamela A. Smith, 56, Antigo, charged with felony retail theft and felony bail jumping. According to court records, Smith attempted to steal #689 worth of merchandise from the Merrill Walmart on July 26. She was out at the time on a Langlade County bond for felony retail theft.
Frank E. Webie, 23, Merrill, charged with disorderly conduct and felony bail jumping. According to court records, the charges stem from an Aug. 9 disturbance at a city of Merrill residence.
Quentin Trevino, 38, Tomahawk, charged with attempted misdemeanor theft and burglary of a building or dwelling. According to court records, Trevino checked a safe in the basement of a town of Bradley tavern June 25 after his employer had reported missing large sums of money from the safe.
Jesse S. Wickersman, 29, Tomahawk, charged with deliver of methamphetamine, five counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping. According to court records, Wickersham sold meth to a police informant in the city of Tomahawk in April 2015.
Steven J. Morris, 27, Rhinelander, charged with battery to a peace officer, criminal trespass, resisting an officer causing injury, disarming a police officer and intentionally use an oleoresin device on a law enforcement officer. According to court records, on Aug. 5 a Lincoln County deputy attempted to arrest Morris on a warrant at a town of Bradley residence. Morris struggled with the officer, causing injury to the officer. Morris took the officer’s pepper spray and sprayed the officer with it and then fled the residence. He was later found in another home which he had entered without the owner’s permission.
Robert J. Lewis, 33, Galesville, charged with two counts of ID theft-financial gain. According to court records, Lewis met a Merrill woman at her residence on June 28 after they had arranged a sexual encounter over the internet. After they had sex, he asked her to take a shower. When she got out of the shower, he was gone along with her ATM card. When she checked her online account, she noticed new charges of $483 at Merrill Walmart and $16 at Kwik Trip. Lewis has previous convictions for credit card fraud in Minnesota and was arrested for theft in LaCross County.
