The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office would like to remind those going ice fishing that there are no restrictions as to how close you are permitted to fish from another angler.
The Sheriff’s Office recently investigated a complaint where an angler was yelling at another angler because he believed the other party was fishing too close to his ice shack. The shack owner was eventually cited for disorderly conduct.
