Eleanor E. Hixon, 82, of Merrill, died Monday, December 15, 2014 at her home with her family & under the care of Ministry Home Care Hospice.
Eleanor was born in Colorado on August 24, 1932 to the late Floyd and Cloie (Holsclaw) Roberts. She married Kenneth Thomas Hixon. He preceded her in death.
Eleanor loved crocheting and watching old movies, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family and visiting with them.
Survivors include her children; Romona Bergmann, Jaquelyn (Phillip) Henrichs, Jayne (Mike) Thiel, Daniel (Sue) Hixon Sr., brother’s; James (Lillian) Roberts, Edward (Mona) Roberts, sister; Linda (Lon) Davey, brother; Michael (Linda) Roberts, sister; Becki (Ron) Hess, 18 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband; Kenneth Hixon, son; Thomas Hixon, daughter; Cindy Bergmann, and a brother; Thomas Roberts.
Private family services were held.
