Tomahawk – ranked fourth in the state in D2 –stayed undefeated even in sets in conference with Tuesday’s 25-12, 25-16, 25-10 triumph at Antigo.
“I thought the girls did a good job coming out strong and focused tonight,” Kriese said. “We took care of our side of the net and were very aggressive with serving so that they couldn’t run their offense.
“It was a nice win and a good opportunity to get lots of girls in the game. We are now at the halfway point of the season in the GNC and I hope we only keep improving from here.”
