Hatchets girls in tough streak

The Hatchet softball team took six losses in the past week, four in GNC doubleheaders and two in Saturday’s Everest Invite.
Medford pulled out 11-3 and 10-5 wins on Monday.
“It was a tough night for the Hatchets,” THS coach John Larson said. “We’re having a hard time making contact and we need to be more selective at the plate. Defensively, it’s a rollercoaster; at times making great plays and other times looking like we’ve never played before. We need to have a short memory, regroup and play the way we’re capable of.”
