As part of the Merrill Police Department’s continuing efforts to combat illegal drug activity, officers of the Merrill Police Department executed a search warrant at 110 N. Prospect St., Apartment #1 in the City of Merrill on Wednesday, March 26, 2014.
As a result of this investigation three persons were held in the Lincoln County Jail on the following charges:
Cheryl Rowan, age 57: Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Premises, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Jessica Rowan, age 18: Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Premises, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Michael Hedges, age 26: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Felony Bail Jumping.
