Ferrol Annette Schumacher age 74 of Merrill, died Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013 at the Home Place of Dorchester surrounded by her family.
Ferrol was born Feb. 28, 1939 in Wilton Township, the daughter of Ralph and Delphia (Perkins) Pfuhl.
Ferrol was a cook for many years. She truly enjoyed knitting, spending time with her grandchildren, and driving around the woods in the Harrison Hills area.
Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl (Bill) Gronke, Merrill; three sons: Gerald (Monika) Schumacher, Merrill; Emil (Norma) Schumacher, Merrill; and Ronald (special friend Margie) Schumacher, Red Wing, MN; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brother, Floran “Tuffy” (Harriet) Pfuhl, Gleason; half-brothers: Marvin Clark and Marion Clark; half-sister, Adell Clark; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, and three brothers.
A memorial service was held Tuesday, Sept. 10, at Waid Funeral Home.
