Sale to benefit cattle rescue group

Cattle Rescue, Inc. will hold its first annual fundraiser rummage and bake sale on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 17-18, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. both days, at N4704 Town Hall Rd., Gleason.
All of the money raised by this event will go into the care of the rescue animals. The sale location is also one of the farms that houses rescue cattle, so this is an opportunity for the public to see the operation. There will also be calves, pigs, ducks and miniature horses for the kids to pet.
If you have any items you would like to donate to the rummage sale, you may drop them off at the address above. Contact Michelle at 715-432-6778 to make arrangements for drop off. If you would like to volunteer to help with set up, or provide baked goods for the sale, contact Christy at 920-609-9697.
Cattle Rescue, Inc., based in Lincoln County, rescues and rehabilitates neglected and unwanted farm animals – whether surrendered or seized by law enforcement – from all over the state.
