Night of Music & Sounds raises funds for scholarship

This Friday at 7 p.m., the Merrill High School auditorium will be full of amazing music. Vocalists and musicians will be performing and providing an evening of fun and music for a great cause.
The Remembering Kyle Memorial Scholarship – Night of Music & Sounds event will raise money via admission tickets and donations. The proceeds will be given as a scholarship to a MHS graduating senior that has been profoundly and directly affected by cancer within their immediate family.
Here are some of the evening’s line-up of performers: Daren Catlin & The Gospel Quartet, Ron Wage (as Elvis), Becca Weix, Jill Seaman, Ann Verdoorn, Amy Raddatz, Harold Melo, Kendra Andreska, Hunter Dux, Paul Waid, Ed Sabey, Kayla Sutton, Karina Baacke, Annie DeBroux, Noah Duginski, Brett Oemig, Mary Banser, Phil Smith (bagpipes), Ann Krohn, Ben Cayley, Jamie Zuelsdorff, Andrew Grawien, Isabelle Main, Cally Hartwig, McKenzie Reimann, Lloyd Howe, Missy Waid, Dan Page, Kevin Lee, Matthew Rekowski, Mikey Rekowski and Beth Anne Rekowski.
Tickets can be purchased at County Market and at the MHS ticket booth on Friday after 6:30 p.m., when event doors open. Tickets are $3 for students and children and $5 for adults. Donations can be made to the Remembering Kyle Scholarship Fund at River Valley Banks.
Come share a wonderful evening of great music for a great reason…and if you like, why not wear Kyle’s favorite color purple for the night, too!
