Alma C. Boller

Alma C. Boller, age 95, of the Town of Merrill, died Saturday, December 15, 2012, at her home.
Alma was born June 22, 1917, in Merrill, daughter of the late Herman and Helen (Fiedler) Kruse. She married William Boller on December 30, 1947. He preceded her in death on October 27, 1996. Alma and her husband, William, were the owners and operators of Northway Woodwork, and made window grills for local window manufacturers. Alma enjoyed babysitting, reading, sewing, embroidery, and crafts. Most of all, Alma enjoyed spending time with her family.
Survivors include two daughters, Carol (Paul) Hagstrom, of Merrill, and Judith Boller, of Denver, CO; one step-son, Walter (Mary) Boller, of Galesburg, IL; three grandchildren, Emil Hagstrom, of Minneapolis, MN, Jillian (Robert) Asinas, of Merrill, and Philip (Jessica) Boller, of Denver, CO; five step grandchildren, Diane (Richard) Tatters, of Pittsburgh, PA, Kevin (Cheryl) Boller, of Denver, CO, Patti VanVoorst, of Corona de Tucson, AZ, Anne Marie Schneider, of Marshfield, and Jennifer (Nate) Durand, of Marshfield; eleven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Alma was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a step daughter, Elda Boller; a great-grandson, Avidus Boller; an infant sister, Selma; and an infant brother, Marvin.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, December 21, 2012, at the Taylor-Stine Funeral Home, Merrill. The Rev. Paul Beckel will officiate. Burial will take place in Merrill Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. Friday at the funeral home.
