A 23 year old Merrill woman confined in the Lincoln County Jail is facing additional felony charges after deputies investigated drug use in the Jail. Cellmates of Cassopia A. Conlin confirmed that Conlin had secreted drugs in her body prior to being arrested by the Merrill Police Department on Nov. 26. She then removed the drugs once in the cell block and shared them with two other inmates, all of whom tested positive when given drug screens. Conlin will be referred to the Lincoln County District Attorney on charges of delivery of heroin, delivery of methamphetamine, and two counts of delivering articles to an inmate; all felony charges.
