Loud party results in variety of arrests

A loud party complaint that was investigated Friday night and Saturday morning in the Town of Bradley resulted in three Tomahawk men being taken to the Lincoln County Jail.
When deputies arrived the first time to the residence on Heafford Rd no one would answer the door but they were able to relay a warning to keep the music down or face citations. When a second complaint was received just before 1 a.m., 33 year old Thomas Gessler of Tomahawk yelled obscenities at the deputies when they arrived prompting them to cite him for disorderly conduct, he was warned to keep the music down after being released.
While deputies were at the residence, they found 21 year old Tyler T. Budreau who was wanted by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for probation violation. When Budreau was taken into custody a baggie of marijuana was found. He has been booked into the Lincoln County Jail on the warrant charge along with a charge of possession of marijuana.
On Saturday afternoon a Tomahawk man called the Sheriff’s Office and reported he was at the party and was beaten by two men when he arrived. Deputies collected statements from the victim and witnesses and returned to the residence where they took Thomas Gessler into custody for battery, and 25 year old Eugene C. Castellano on charges of battery, obstructing an officer and a felony count of bail jumping. Castellano violated conditions of his bond on a pending sexual assault case in Lincoln County Court by committing additional crimes and being out past a court ordered curfew. Gessler and Castellano had bail hearings Monday in Lincoln County Court.
