Other activities: refresher of the numerous types of difficulties associated with a patient that is pulseless & non-breathing; review skills necessary for these critical patients including CPR, airway control, heart monitor, defibrilation & IV medication.

Fire/rescue runs: #10- 7:51 a.m., report of something smoldering in parking lot of school forest off Hwy. 107, item turned out to be a safe that someone set on fire after breaking into it, sheriff’s dept. treated it as a crime scene, extinguisher used to put out the small fire; #11- 8:10 p.m., fire alarm at T. B. Scott Library, alarm activated as employees were locking up, no fire, alarm reset by custodian; #12- another alarm at library, no fire, faulty detector to be replaced.
