Lillian Mae Kouba, 84, Merrill, passed away Monday, October 3, 2011 at Ministry Good Samaritan Health Center, Merrill.
She was born May 31, 1927 in Sterling Illinois. She married William Frank Kouba II. He preceded her in death in 1974.
Lillian was a home maker. She had later worked as a nurse’s aid at the Convent for 12 years until her retirement. Lillian enjoyed playing cards, bingo, doing puzzles, and spending time with her family. Lillian also enjoyed arts and crafts, she was very creative. She was a member of Hillside Fellowship, Merrill.
Survivors include her four children: Larry Kouba, Wausau, Mary Kouba, Brookfield, Tom (Jean) Kouba, Stevens Point, and Michael Kouba, Tomahawk; 10 grandchildren: Jeffrey (Rina) Haymes, Tom Haymes, Tracy Haymes, Joseph (Jennifer) Haymes, Jessica (Rob) Guarnieri, Anthony Kouba, Dan (Trina) Kouba Jessica Radliff, Dillon Kouba and Sara Kouba; six great-grandchildren: Jeffrey Haymes Jr, Michael Haymes, Rianna Haymes, Jake Guarnieri, Lucien Haymes, and Piper Marie Kouba. daughter-in-law, Donna Kouba , and brother: Ronnie Abraham. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, William “Billy” Kouba III and sister, Flo Kouba.
Services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Hillside Fellowship. The Rev. Allen Worlin will officiate. Visitation will be from 9 AM until the service at the church.
