Linda F. Doering, age 63, of Appleton passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2011 at Manor Care Nursing Home in Appleton.
She was born January 26, 1948 to the late Harold and Frances (Jensen) Coyer. On August 20, 1966 she was united in marriage to Donald Doering in Gleason, WI.
Linda was a very devoted wife and mother. Caring for her family throughout the years was very important to her.
She enjoyed several hobbies that included gardening, painting, and a variety of craft projects.
Survivors include her husband Donald; son Troy, Appleton; sisters: Ada (Wayne) Hodgsen, Wisconsin Rapids; Marilyn Boyd, Merrill; Dana (Wayne) Podeweltz, Merrill; Gwen Podeweltz, Merrill; sister-in-law Hariette Coyer, Wausau. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 sisters: Gail (O’brien) Bergen, Donna Bennish, and Phyillis; brother Richard, and other family members.
Friends may call at Gleason Lions Club, Gleason, Wi, on Saturday, September 24, 2011 from 12 PM until memorial services at 3 PM.
