VFW Post 1638 Ice Fish Benefit
The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1638 will host their 1st Annual Fishing Benefit on Lake Alexander on Saturday, February 25, 2012.
The benefit will take place from 8 A.M.-4 P.M.
Prizes will be offered in five fish categories - walleye, northern, perch, crappie, and bluegill/sunfish. Kids under 12-and-under are free to fish and will receive a prize for participating. Register at Bev & Tom's Bar (former Badeau's Bar) on HWY 107, before the start of the benefit for $15 to ice fish only or $25 to ice fish and attend party after, with all you can eat and drink till gone. You can also register at the VFW Bar on Friday Nights only. The benefit will assist with future of a new VFW building. For further information contact 715-409-9310.
