Bob and Rosemary (Sczygelski) Eckardt celebrated 50 years together with family and friends at Willow Springs. They were married at St. Francis Catholic Church in Merrill, WI on October 22, 1960. Attendants were Barb & Joe Carlson, Carol & Jerry Goetsch and Gen & Jerome Hollenback. They retired from operating their Town of Maine dairy/ginseng family farm and former Eckardt Implement. They’ve traveled coast to coast and Canada on their Honda Goldwing. Bob is an avid hunter and collects and restores antique Allis Chalmers tractors displaying them at their home along Hwy 51 on Labor Day weekend and at the Edgar Steam Engine Show. Both were former members of Rib Mountain Bowman Archery Club where Rose was editor of the Bowbunk newsletter. Rosemary is a 31-year member of Wisconsin Women for Agriculture, on local ag committees and in St. Anne’s choir. They have 5 children and 17 grandchildren.
