Clifford R. Roberts

Clifford Raymond Roberts, 68, of Merrill, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, at home with family and friends at his side.
Clifford was born June 5, 1944, in Merrill to Clifford & Alice (Woller) Roberts. He was a lifelong resident of Merrill.
Clifford served three tours in Vietnam as an Army medic. He was awarded the Bronze Star with a V for valor, 2 purple hearts, the Vietnam Service Medal, the National Defense Medal, the Good Conduct Medal and the Military Merit Medal with a V for valor.
He is survived by his children, Tabatha Roberts, Ann (Robin) Smith, Mary (Christopher) Stamm, Albert Roberts and Darlene Wenzelow, all of Merrill; grandchildren, Ashley Gremler, Raymond Roberts and Abigal Hoffman; siblings Sally (Don) Zimmerman, Rose (James) Vonloh, James (Kay) Roberts, all of Merrill, Dennis Roberts, Biloxi, MS, and Donald Roberts; and his partner, Donna Lannigan.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 2, from 2-4 p.m. at the Taylor-Stine Funeral Home, Merrill.
