Lyn E. Holt Hudson
Lyn Elizabeth Holt Hudson, 50, of Salisbury, NC passed away from natural causes on Friday, Jan. 18, 2013 at Rowan Regional Medical Center.
She was born, April 24, 1962 in Lincoln County, WI, the daughter of the late Richard “Dick” and Ellen Holt.
Lyn graduated from Merrill High School in 1980 and was a homemaker. She was an active member of Milford Hills United Methodist Church. She had a great love for the piano and was part of the “Swing Choir.” She also participated in track, where she received many awards.
She was united in marriage to Danny Hudson on Feb. 14, 1997.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her nephew, Cale Brandt.
Those left to cherish her memories are husband Danny Hudson; brother, Matthew (Susan) Holt of Gleason; sister, Christine (Gary) Brandt of Grimley, TN; niece, Kasie Holt of Gleason; nephews, Brady Holt of Gleason, and Troy (Brooke) Brandt of Merrill.
A memorial service was held Monday, Jan. 21 at Milford United Methodist Church, Salisbury, NC, with the Rev. Steve Combs officiating.
