Michael C. Erdmann

Michael C. Erdmann, age 54 of Merrill, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.
He was born Aug. 30, 1958 in Milwaukee, the son of Albert and Lucile (Hart) Erdmann.
He worked in television and radio from 1984 until 1993, he then became a youth counselor at the Lincoln Hills School until his retirement in 2012. Michael enjoyed reading, working on voiceover materials, and spending time with his family as well as his beloved dog Mac.
Survivors include: his father, Albert Erdmann, Milwaukee; daughters, Stephanie (Ryan) Schwartzman, Merrill, Crystal Erdmann, Merrill; grandson, Cooper Schwartzman, Merrill, and one grandchild on the way. He is further survived by brother Steven (Linda) Erdmann, West Bend; sisters,  Cindy (Thomas) Bremeier, Milwaukee, Teresa (Biggy) Woyak, Burlington, and Cheryl (Charlie) Janatis, West Allis; and best friend, Tammy Koporetz, Merrill.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucile Erdmann, and son, Jonathon Koporetz.
A Celebration of Michael’s life will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Vineyard Church in Tomahawk. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until the time of service at the church.  Pastor Nate Nelson will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to T.B. Scott Library or the Merrill Food Pantry.
