Author Houston to speak at library
Bestselling author Victoria Houston attributes life mistakes to her success as a published mystery writer. On Sunday, Nov. 11, beginning at 1 p.m., enjoy her witty presentation "The 3 Life Mistakes I've Made That Force Me to Write Fishing Mysteries," part of the Words Worth Hearing series at T.B. Scott Free Library.
Delicious free refreshments from Checkered Churn and beverages from First Street Coffee Station will add to the audience's delight as they listen to Victoria Houston reveal why she has written popular mystery novels. Perhaps she'll explain her choice of characters or the Wisconsin setting for the Loon Lake Mystery Series.
Dead Hot Shot and Dead Tease, two of the latest in the Loon Lake Mystery Series, will be available for sale that afternoon through an arrangement with Book World. You're also welcome to bring along your copies for signing by the accomplished author.
