MHS Senior Awards Night May 29
Senior Awards Night will be held in the Merrill High School auditorium at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the ceremony is expected to conclude around 8:30 p.m.
Meineke to host car show, Boy Scout fund raiser
Meineke of Merrill, 705 S. Center Ave., will host a car show and brat & burger fry on Saturday, June 8 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Night of Music & Sounds raises funds for scholarship
This Friday at 7 p.m., the Merrill High School auditorium will be full of amazing music. Vocalists and musicians will be performing and providing an evening of fun and music for a great cause.
Carl and Jane Bierman honored by Merrill Historical Society
The newly constructed portion of the Merrill History & Culture Center at 103 E. 3rd St. will be named the Carl and Jane Bierman Wing to honor the two Merrill residents and business people for their contributions to the building project, according to Bea Lebal, Merrill Historical Society President.
Women Connecting to meet
Women Connecting will hold a luncheon on Wednesday, June 12, at 11:30 a.m. at the Merrill Eagles Club, 1205 Lake St. Guest speaker will be Sally Hjelle from Savage, MN, who will present “Accentuate the Positive, Eliminate the Negative.” Sally will also present the feature, “Jewels of Joy.”
