Work continued in Merrill last week as residents recovered from the April 10 tornado that tore through the industrial park and residential neighborhoods to the north. Some damaged buildings were being repaired and others demolished to make way for new structures. Logging operations were in full swing to clean up the thousands of broken and toppled trees.
