Stepping On Workshop

Stepping On is a workshop that is held for two hours each week over seven weeks. The workshop is facilitated by two certified leaders. Local guest experts, such as a physical therapist, pharmacist, law enforcement, and an eye care specialist assist by providing information on exercise, vision, safety, and medications. Research shows that 35 percent of persons who have attended the Stepping On reduced their chances for falls. A Stepping On workshop is scheduled for every Wednesday from March 13 through April 24 from 1–3 p.m. in the meeting room at the Tomahawk Community Bank. Registration is limited, so please register early. The workshop is free to persons 60 and older; $10 fee, under age 60.
