Merrill Christmas Parade

Santa Claus is coming to town on Dec. 1 with the Annual Lighted Christmas Parade sponsored by the Merrill Area Chamber of Commerce. The parade will be on Dec. 1 at 5 p.m. The Merrill Chamber of Commerce is inviting area businesses and organizations to participate in their 22nd Annual Lighted Christmas Parade. A Merrill holiday tradition, the parade officially kicks-off the Christmas season with more than 70 lighted floats/units each year. The parade kicks off on Merrill’s west side on the corner of South Genesee and West Main Streets and travels east on West Main/Polk Street/East Second/East First/Mill Street/East Main to the Lincoln County courthouse. Santa brings up the rear of the parade riding on a fire truck and will light up the courthouse trees immediately following the parade.
