Pizza by the Slice Fundraiser

Hugo’s Pizza is hosting a “Pizza by the Slice” afternoon in support of a feeding center on the island of Ometepe, Nicaragua on Saturday, Oct. 20. This feeding center is operated by Merrill native Amy Chavarria (formerly Mikul) and her husband, Mauricio. During the pizza event at Hugo’s Pizza, pizza will be sold by the slice for only $3.95, and the money from each slice sold will be able to provide food for one child for one week. The more pizza sold, the more children fed. This event will be held during the lunch hours of 11 a.m.-3:30 p.m., and everyone is welcome. Come enjoy some great pizza, some fun entertainment, and the knowledge that your support will dramatically change the lives of children in Ometepe, Nicaragua.
