9-11 Memorial Service

The Tomahawk community will hold a memorial service in honor of 9-11 on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012 at The Tomahawk community will hold a memorial service in honor of 9-11 on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012 at Veteran’s Memorial Park in Tomahawk at 11 a.m. The public is encouraged to attend and may arrive at the park at 10:30 a.m. for a time of reflection before services. A parade following River St. in Tomahawk will be led by a bagpiper and followed by Fire, Police, and EMS Vehicles, personnel and veterans. The parade group will start at the Tomahawk Fire Station, and arrive at Veteran’s Memorial park at 11 a.m. to start the memorial service. After services are over, all are invited to Generations Funeral Home at 1400 N. 4th St. in Tomahawk for cake and coffee.
