Benefit for Samuel Massa

A benefit will be held Saturday, Sept. 8 for Samual Massa, who was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor at the age of 22 months. He underwent brain surgery in May and has undergone chemotherapy treatments ever since. The final stages of his treatment plan consist of 3 months of high dose chemo. The benefit will be held at Pankow’s Bar, N5640 Hwy. 107, Irma. The event will include a volleyball tournament and a fishing tournament. Food is $5 a plate starting at 2 p.m., live music and a DJ will start at 6 p.m. Raffles will be offered with top prizes including a two-night stay at Edge O Dells Resort and a $300 vacation gift certificate.
