Summer Block Party

Discover Downtown Merrill is sponsoring a summer block party downtown from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, June 22. One block of East Main Street will be blocked off (between Thelma's and Courtside). Curves will present Zumba at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. The Good Times will provide live music from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Thelma's will present a fashion show at noon. Dan Gruetzmacher on the Concertina will entertain from 2-5 p.m. The beer garden will open at 5 p.m. Merrill Karate Club will present demonstrations at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Plan B will be playing from 5-8 p.m. and Brad Emanuel and the Groovemen will be playing from 8-11 p.m. Food will be available from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
