Berlin-Hamburg Lions Oktoberfest

The Berlin-Hamburg Lions are planning their 9th Annual Oktoberfest to be held Oct. 7-9 in a large heated tent at Pagels Pub and Grub, Hwy. F, east of State Hwy. 107. The event kicks of Friday night at 5 p.m. with music by Concertina Carl. The live music continues until midnight with Andrew Grawien and Led West. Live music on Saturday runs from 1 p.m. to midnight with performances from Concertina Eddie, Hocus Polkas, Pat Zoromski & the Boys from Polonia. Sunday will feature music from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. by The Good Times and The Hayes Boys Orchestra. The tent will feature a wooden dance floor. Proceeds from the fundraiser will be used for helping many different causes, some being in the community such as high school post-prom parties, scholarships and medical and financial needs. Other causes are the Eye Bank of Wisconsin, Journey for Sight, Leader Dogs for the Blind, Rosholt Lions Camp, Special Olympics and other causes.
