Barbecued Chicken Dinner & Carnival

St. John the Baptist Catholic Church of Bloomville (intersection of Hwys. 17 & J) will hold a Barbecued Chicken Dinner and Carnival on Sunday, Aug. 7, starting at 11:15 a.m. Cost is $8 for a half chicken, $7 for a quarter chicken and $2 for a meal for children under 10. The event will feature prizes, Peachy Keen the clown, refreshments, dollar table, games, bake sale, grand and mini raffles, target shoot and more. Music provided by Paul, Joni and Carl Jackson.
