A benefit was held Saturday, April 26, for Tim Brandt at the Merrill Town Hall. “It was an amazing turn-out,” Brandy Brandt, Tim’s wife said. “Everyone was so generous. I thought we would have groups come and leave, but people stayed the whole duration. Our community really came together for our family. And not just Merrill, we got cards from Green Bay, Antigo, even Hawaii.” Brandt especially noted the contributions of Mik Hoffman, Tiffany Arnold, Rita Renn, Tera Brandt, volunteers from Journey Church and staff members from Mount View who tended to Tim at the event while off-duty. Tim is suffering from the effects of Gullain Barre Syndrome and ADEM infection. For more details check out the story at
